NewEast Bios., 26903

We used this antibody for IHC-labeling of human breast cancer tissue. The antibody gave a specific labeling.

The antibody was used at 1:1200 ON. The tissue was PFA-fixed, embedded in paraffin, cut at 3 um, and target retrival was performed in TEG-buffer (Tris/EGTA). The secondary antibody was used at 1:200, and it was developed with DAB for 60 seconds.
