Pan-Ras
Sigma (Millipore), MABS195

We used this antibody for IHC-labeling of human breast cancer tissue. We scored labeling intensity, and the antibody was useful for this purpose.

The antibody was used at 1:400 ON. The tissue was PFA-fixed, embedded in paraffin, cut at 3 um, and target retrival was performed in TEG-buffer (Tris/EGTA). The secondary antibody was used at 1:200.
