We used this antibody for IHC-labeling of human breast cancer tissue. The antibody gave a specific and crisp labeling of cell:cell contacts with very low or no unspecfic labeling.
The antibody was used at 1:16,000 ON. The tissue was PFA-fixed, embedded in paraffin, cut at 3 um, and target retrival was performed in TEG-buffer (Tris/EGTA). The secondary antibody was used at 1:200 and developed with DAB for 2 min 15 sec.
