Anti-14-3-3 sigma antibody [1.N.6] (ab14123, abcam)
This antibody has a nice reactivity towards 14-3-3 sigma in western blot and ELISA.
However, it also reacts with other 14-3-3 isoforms, although the affinity is substantialy lower
Western blot used 1:4000
ELISA used 1:2500
14-3-3 was coated in a concentration of 10µg/mL and blocked in 2% milk- PBS
