This antibody works very well with clear bands and almost no background signal.

p-RSK ab32413 (formerly know as MBL int. polyclonal antibody, AT-7163)
I have tested this on lysates from mouse hippocampal neurons with great results!
The neurons were stimulated with 1nM BDNF for 10 minutes before lysis in lysis-buffer containing phos-stop and complete.
50ug protein was loaded per sample. The antibody was used at a 1:1000 dilution and left to incubate over night at 4 degrees.
A clear signal was observed in the sample stimulated with BDNF while a very weak band was observed in the unstimulated sample.
