donkey anti-rat Cy3 conjugate
(712-165-153, Jackson ImmunoResearch)

I used this antibody in combination with a rat anti-murine CD31 to visualize vasculature in tissues taken from mice (fixed with 4% formaldehyde, frozen in OCT). It worked quite well for this purpose.
