Rabbit syndecan-2 (human), Life technologies, 36-6200
This antibody gives a nice signal for syndecan 2 in lysates of HepG2 cells, however, three unspecific bands are also seen (one of higher and two of lower molecular weight). I have used a 1:250 dilution (the manufacturer recommends 1:100-1:500).
I have also used this antibody for immunostaining of fixed HepG2 cells (diluted 1:100) with nice results.
