Src (36D10), Cell signaling 2109 (rabbit)
The antibody was used on sarcoma cell lines after treatment with the Src-inhibitor dasatinib , to evaluate the effect. For this purpose the antibody was great. The manufacturer recommends diluting in 5 % BSA, that worked for us.
Dilution: 1:1000
