This antibody was used for immunoblotting of RIBA buffer cell lysates obtained from tumor cell lines PFSK-1 and D324.

Phospho-Src (Tyr416), Cell signaling 2101 (rabbit)
The antibody was used on sarcoma cell lines after treatment with the Src-inhibitor dasatinib , to evaluate the effect. For this purpose the antibody was great. The manufacturer recommends diluting in 5 % BSA, that worked for us, though we increased the antibody concentration.
