Phospho-eIF4G (Ser1108) Rabbit-Antibody #2441 CST
I used this antibody on stimulated and unstimulated murine hippocampal neurons. There may be a specificity for phosphorylated eIF4G as a band is seen in the stimulated lane around the 191 kDa-marker, however there is a stronger band with weaker respons to stimulation right around 240 kDa. hard to know which one to quantitate. (see picture)
