Actin (Tyr53) phospho-specific antibody (rabbit polyclonal), ECM Biosciences #AP1671
Used dilution 1:1000 (recommended), blocked membrane with 5% BSA, wash steps using TBS+Tween.

2 weak bands of appropriate size appear in HEK293 cell extract. No bands of appropriate size in mouse brain extracts (different preparation protocols).
