Anti human glypican 1 (R&D Systems, AF4519)

In HepG2 cells, several faint bands with lower molecular weight than the one predicted are observed. One of the bands is around the predicted size, however, slightly lower. This makes it difficult to know if it is the correct band.
Some of these bands are also detected in liver homogenates from mice.
Loaded 40 ug protein
Used 1 ug/ml
