Mouse Syndecan-2 (R&D Systems, AF6585)

In mouse liver homogenate, a strong band with the correct size is observed. In one of my experiments two additional bands with higher molecular weight were also observed. The band intensities do not seem to be affected by heparinase treatment. In HepG2 cells, several very faint bands are observed. This is consistent what the suppliers note in their product sheet; that this antibody is specific for mouse.
