Rabbit anti-SUV420H1 (Origene TA335571), 1:2500 in 5 ml.
Different sample preparations (all mouse brain) and different blocking agents.
A very faint band of approximate MW appears when overexposing. Lower MW isoforms are not covered by the epitope, so these must be aspecific bands.

Rabbit anti-SUV420H1 (Origene TA335571), 1:2500 in 5 ml.
Loaded: extract from HEK293T cells, mouse brain and pig brain. Several bands visible, though not at expected MW of canoncical form (99kDa). Bands may represent shorter isoforms.
WB blocked with milk, 1AB overnight incubation at 4*C.
