I used this antibody for the detection of cetuximab and a cetuximab-derived Fab, binding to EGFR on the surface of HeLa cells. The cells were fixed after incubation with cetuximab or cetuxiFab, in order to stabilize the binding (as is necessary for the quickly dissociating Fab). MFI shifts of 30x for cetuximab and 6x for cetuxifab were obtained, using these two antibodies at saturating concentrations.
Used at 1 ug/million cells.
