I used this to detect His-tagged recombinant antibodies binding EGFR on the surface of HeLa cells, in combination with a goat anti-mouse PE conjugate. Three different his-tagged antibodies were used, and decent MFI shifts were seen for all 3 (5x shift to 30x shift, depending on the antibody – some of them are low affinity, so this was expected.)
