Cell line: primary porcine brain endothelial cells (pBEC), HEK 293, primary rat astrocyttes (rAstro) – 5 ug
In pBEC the antibody produced a single clear band at approximately 62 kDa and a few weaker bands.
In HEK 293 lysate a very weak band were formed at 62 kDa and a weak at 55 kDa.
In rAstro, a clear band was also formed at approximately 62 kDa, along with a double band around 55 kDa
