Used dilution: 1:500 (WB). Colleagues of mine recommended 1:500. However, I think it would work fine at 1:1000 ratio.
Secondary Ab: Goat anti-Mouse HRP (1:10.000)
I used the antibody for western blotting of purified PolDelta. It gave nice clear bands.
