We tested by western blot and immunohistochemistry a rabbit monoclonal PPARγ Antibody antibody [EP4394(N)] (Abcam #ab191407). We failed to detect any signal in the mouse brown adipose and brain lysates (see image). Formalin-fixed sections of the mouse adipose and brain incubated with this antibody remained completely devoid of staining (not shown).
