Bruchpilot, Developmental Studies Hybridome Bank, nc82
What do reviewers generally think about nc82 from Developmental Studies Hybridoma Bank?
Researchers report that the nc82 Bruchpilot antibody works well for immunocytochemistry and immunostaining of Drosophila CNS structures, including active zones/synapses, brain, and neuropil, at dilutions of 1:10 to 1:20. One reviewer points out that results are better if fixation is limited to 5 minutes. No major complaints are mentioned, and the overall consensus is positive for staining Drosophila neural tissue.

I have used the nc82 mouse monoclonal antibody from DSHB for Immunostaining. Works very well for staining the neuropil of the Drosophila CNS (1:20 dilution).
