ab40801: I have used this Rabbit monoclonal anti-DARPP-32 antibody from abcam for ICH and WB. Works very well for detection of Medium Spiny Neurons in the striatum on cryosections from PFA fixed mice (dilution 1:100) with a clear signal with very little background. Also works well for WB on lysates from mouse brain with detection of a strong band around 32 kDa present in lysates from striatum but not cortex (dilution 1:10000)
