Caspase-9 Cell Signaling Technology #9502
Nice antibody that detects full-length (47 kDa) and cleaved Caspase-9 (35, 37 kDa), even though I see only one band of cleaved and not two. One unspecific band above 50, confirmed with RNAi knockdown.
1:1000 in TBS Tween 5% BSA, can be reused. Tested in cell lines (LNCaP)
