There was no signal present in murine hippocampal neurons stimulated with BDNF, with a viable stimulation-control of downstream kinases (ERK and MEK).

Phospho-FRS2-α (Tyr436) Antibody #3861, Cell Signaling Technologies

I used this antibody for western blotting on primary hippocampal neurons from P0 mice. I experimented with many different dilutions – 1:2000, 1:1000, 1:500 and 1:250, none of which were succesful. I suspect I may have received a defective batch of this antibody.
