PERK Cell signalling technology #5683 rabbit
Detects PERK at 140 kDa. Gives a nice shift upwards when PERK is activated. Strong signal.
Use 1:1000 TBS Tween 5% BSA, can be reused often, used in cell lines (e.g. LNCaP)
