p-mTOR (Ser2448) Cell Signaling Technology rabbit CST2971S

Detects mTOR phosphorylated at Ser2448 via the PI3 kinase/Akt signaling pathway at 250 kDa. Not very strong but good signal.
Use 1:1000, used in cell lines (e.g. LNCaP)
