anti-HLA CLass I mAb, clone W6/32
Sigma
Used at 5 uL/million cells, detection with GAM-PE
This antibody is used at my lab to detect human MHC class I, as a positive control (especially on cell lines which are being used as negative controls for the experiment at hand). We switched to this from an anti-MHC Class I already directly conjugated to PE, as this one is more comparable to how our samples are typically analyzed (with an initial murine anti-whatever, followed by GAM-PE).

Monoclonal Anti-HLA Class I Antigen antibody produced in mouse, clone W6/32, H1650 Sigma-Aldrich
Used 5µL to stain 10^6 human CEA-positive MKN45 gastric carcinoma cells for 30 minutes prior analysis.
Very good results alone with GAM-PE pAb.
