Monoclonal Anti-Carcinoembryonic Antigen antibody produced in mouse, clone C6G9, C2331 Sigma-Aldrich
Used 100µL of anti-CEA at [50µg/mL] to stain 10^6 human CEA-positive MKN45 gastric carcinoma cells for 30 minutes prior analysis

God staining pattern with secondary Goat-anti-mouse PE-conjugated pAb. clear positive and distinguishable signal negative cell line (unstained and GAM-PE stain only).
However I have had varying positive results.
