This antibody should specifically recognize human ApoE4 and not ApoE2 or ApoE3.
However, the Western blot above shows equal recognition of both ApoE4 and ApoE2.

Lane #1 is medium from astrocytes producing ApoE2.
Lane #2 is medium from astrocytes producing ApoE4.
The intense band is around 38 kDa.

The concentration used is 1ug/ml.
