anti-HLA class I FITC

Used at 5 uL per 1 million cells, in PBS with 1% FBS
This antibody works well for the detection of MHC class I on the surface of human cells, which is used in my lab as a positive control in FACS (e.g. on a cell line functioning as a negative control for the experiment at hand).

FITC-conjugated monoclonal antibody W6/32 to human HLA-ABC used in flow cytometry to detect HeLa, HeLa-CEA, MKN45 and Jurkat cells.
Recommend working dilution is 5µL per 10^6 cells.
I have used as low as 5µL per 5*10^5 cells with good results.
