anti CD20-PE, human antibody (clone: LT20), Miltenyi Biotech (130-091-109).
Used to stain B-cells isolated from ficoll isolation of blood samples.
Used 10µL CD20 antibody to stain 500.000 cells in a total of 100µL of buffer.
The antibody has been used in three different assays, all with very bad result.
