I have tested this antibody on both mice brain homogenates as well as in OLN93 and SH-SY5Y cell-lines with primarily poor results. Even addition of Thapsigargin which is known to cause eIF2a phosphorylation only resultet in a weak signal. Used it 1:1000 i 5% BSA.
