ARP53807 APH1B Antibody N-terminal

We used sucrose*trisHCl*EDTA buffer 1% TX100 cleared cell lysate from Mouse Embryonic Fibroblast isolated from KO mouse embryo’s.

No specific band was visible, I used genetic KO cells and rescued KO cell.
