Integrin beta 1, merckmillipore, AB1952
What do reviewers generally think about AB1952 from Sigma-Aldrich?
Reviews are mixed. One reviewer points out that the antibody was negative in HEK whole cell lysate, using the protein itself as positive control, and suggested batch dependence. Another reports it works well for Western blot at 1:500 primary dilution, with 1:10,000 secondary because the antibody is not purified. Overall, performance appears application- and batch-dependent, with successful Western blot use but at least one failed detection.

Review of: Integrin beta 1, merckmillipore, AB1952 by Sulieman Minhas
We tested this antibody in HEK WCL and as a positive control we used the proteine itself.
The outcome with this particular antibody was negative.
It could have been batch dependend.

Millipore AB1952 anti-human b1 c-terminus works well for Western Blot. 1:500 dilution for primary, but 1:10,000 for secondary since this antibody is not purified.
