I have used this antibody (1:1000) for WB detection of 1µg Myc-tagged protein. A very strong band was seen. As negative control was used un-tagged protein. I am sure that the antibody can be diluted more, and less protein can be loaded.
2. Ab: HRP rabbit anti Human IgG, Dako P0214 (1:1000), 1 hour at RT
Similar band-intensity was seen with anti-Myc tag antibodies Ab00100-1.1, Ab00100-2.0 and Ab00100-23.0
