APE1 rabbit antibody from Thermo Scientific #PA5-29157

Used for western blotting with 20 ug WCE of primary mouse hippocampal neurons in the dilution 1:2000. Incubation at +4C ON.
Gives a specific band at 37 kDa and a stronger unspecific band at 65 kDa.

The antibody can be reused 3 times or more.
