β-Actin monoclonal mouse antibody from Sigma #A2228

Gives a single strong band at 42 kDa

Used for western blotting with 20 ug WCE of primary mouse hippocampal neurons and with 20 ug WCE of the human neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y in the dilution 1:10000 or 1:20000

The antibody can be reused 5 times.
