Calregulin (H-170) rabbit antibody from Santa Cruz #sc-11398
Gives a single strong signal at 55 kDa.
Used for western blotting with 20 ug WCE of the human neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y and with 10 ug WCE of HeLa cells in the dilution 1:8000. Incubation at +4C ON.
The antibody can be reused.
However, no signal when tested for western blotting with primary mouse hippocampal neurons.
