IRF-3 (D83B9), Cell Signaling CST4302
This antibody works in staining of human derived macrophages at 1:25 dilution.
I used TritonX-100 as permeabilizer and FBS as blocking buffer.
I am giving it 3 stars as the staining is relatively weak and antibody concentration needed is high.
