STING antibody AF6516 from R&D Systems
I have used this antibody for staining of human derived macrophages at 1:25 dilution.
It yields staining as expected in the cytosol (ER/Golgi depending on stimulation) of moderate strength.
I am giving it 3 stars as antibody concentration needs to be high (1:100 is very weak).
