DNA Polymerase Beta rabbit antibody from Abcam #ab175197
Gives a single band around 42 kDa.
Used for western blotting with 20 ug WCE of primary mouse hippocampal neurons, with 20 ug WCE of the human neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y and with 10-40 ug WCE of U2OS cells in the dilution 1:2000. Incubation at +4C ON.
The antibody can be reused.
