FGFR2, Abcam, ab10648
What do reviewers generally think about ab10648 from Abcam?
Overall, reviews are mixed. One reviewer found it great for immunofluorescence using the manufacturer’s protocol. One reviewer points out that on 10 µm mouse embryo cryosections it showed substantial background, making signal hard to distinguish, with 1:2000 the best of 1:500, 1:1000, and 1:2000. Thus, performance may be application-dependent, with positive IF results but background concerns in some tissue sections.

Great antibody for IF. Concentration indicated by manufacturer’s protocol.

Anti-FGFR2 antibody, Ab10648, Abcam
I have used this antibody on cryosections of mouse embryos (10µm). There is quite a lot of background and i was unable to properly distinguish signals from background.
Concentrations attempted: 1:500, 1:1000, 1:2000. Best results was with 1:2000
