Anti EphA1, rabbit polyclonal IgG, sc-925, Santa Cruz Biotechnology, INC.
I have tried this antibody for immunofluorescence on cryosections of mouse embryos (10µm). I got high background staining with much difficulty distinguishing signals.
Dilutions attempted 1:50, 1:250, 1:1000.
