mTOR (#2983) from cell signaling is a good antibosy for endogenous detection of mTOR in WB (1:1000 5%BSA,TBST), IP (1:200), but very bad for IF (it needs amplification with Tyramide). I used in 293, Hela, A549 and PC3 cells.
