Tested for Western blotting on 100 ug total cell lysate from HEK cells, mouse brain and pig brain. used dilution: 1/2000 (recommended).
Gives a very clear band at expected size (43 kDa) in all extracts. Highly overexposed, would dilute more! Some fainter bands just below, but they may disappear when appropriate dilution is used.
