anti-CREB1-Ser121-phospho, Rabbit Polyclonal, Novus biologicals #NB100-410SS

Tested for Western blotting on 100 ug total cell lysate from HEK cells, mouse brain and pig brain. used dilution: 1/1000 (recommended).

A very faint band in HEK cells of right size (other more intense bands of different size appear). No bands detected in mouse/pig brain extracts.
