What do reviewers generally think about sc7221 from Santa Cruz Biotechnology?
Researchers report mixed performance for TRAF6 sc7221. One reviewer points out that it works well for Western blotting at 1:000 in 5% BSA/TBST and for IP at 1 µg per 1 mg pulldown in 293, HeLa, A549, and PC3 cells, but is weak for IF unless tyramide amplification is used. TRAF6 (sc-7221), from Santa Cruz is a good antibody for WB (1:000, 5% BSA, TBST) and IP (1ug per 1mg pulldown). It does nor works very well in IF. You need amplification with tyramide. I used in 293,HEla, A549 and Pc3 cells.
