TRAF6 (sc-7221), from Santa Cruz is a good antibody for WB (1:000, 5% BSA, TBST) and IP (1ug per 1mg pulldown). It does nor works very well in IF. You need amplification with tyramide. I used in 293,HEla, A549 and Pc3 cells.

Does not work for Western blotting.

RN22 cell lysates were used as samples.
