Cell Signaling #2055, Lot 2 does not recognize endogenous levels of phospho PKCdelta, only TPA induced phosphorylation of Y311, which is not physiologically relevant. Lot 1 was really great but the new lot is awful. You have to overexpress the protein to see anything. Also, in some overexpression experiments another band at 140 kDa is recognized more than phospho-PKCdelta in HEK 293T cells.
