Catenin, BD Bioscience, 610133
What do reviewers generally think about 610133 from BD Bioscience?
Researchers report that this mouse monoclonal catenin antibody performs well for immunofluorescence in brain endothelial cells, giving clear, strong signal in mouse, human, and primary porcine cells at 1:100 to 1:200 dilution with 4% paraformaldehyde or methanol fixation. One reviewer points out that a goat anti-mouse Alexa Fluor 488 secondary at 1:350, with Triton-X100 permeabilization and BSA blocking, produced good staining. No complaints are mentioned.
