Cell line: primary bovine brain endothelial cells
Host organism: Mouse
Character: primary, monoclonal

Antibody tested in primary bovine brain endothelial cells. Works very nicely at indicated dilution, giving clear staining. Antibody raised against bovine CD-M6PR. Other dilutions not tested so far nor WB. For IF as a secondary antibody Life technologies goat anti-mouse Alexa Fluor 488 (1:350) was used.
Cells fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton-X100, blocked with 2% BSA.
