Host organism: Rabbit
Character: primary, polyclonal
Antibody works good in primary porcine brain endothelial cells, primary pericytes and ok in MDCK at indicated dilution for IF. Note that porcine and canine are predicted reactivity species by manufacturer.
In WB few additional bands appeared on blot. For IF as a secondary antibody Life technologies goat anti-mouse Alexa Fluor 568 (1:350 or 1:200) was used.
Cells fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton-X100, blocked with 2% BSA.
